Custom Diagrams for a Scientific Journal

These diagrams were in the Annual Review of Pathology: Mechanisms of Disease: New Insights into Malaria Pathogenesis (please do not distribute this article). These diagrams were created in collaboration with the researchers based on cellular imagery, written text, and napkin sketches. Each diagram has custom illustrations communicating what is happening within the body when an individual has malaria. These diagrams are meant for fellow researchers, scientists, and malaria experts.
