Gore Place identity
We designed a new logo for Gore Place, a historic estate in Waltham, MA. They wanted something that honored their architecture and history, but also capitalized on their very popular "Sheep Shearing Festival" held annually. After trying out both of these ideas as separate concepts, we were able to combine them, along with the grass symbolizing the natural landscape to form a new symbol. The words "Gore" and "Place" stand in for the wings of the house. Once the logo and color palette were done, we designed many print pieces including brochures, signage, sub-branded collateral for special events, and fundraising pieces.
